In order to apply we will need you to fill out an application and send it back completed with proof of income.
You can find our application here and will be emailed directly to our property manager once you hit submit. This can be done before viewing a unit or after.

Absolutely! Providing affordable housing is at the core of what we do. You will still need to apply and provide proof of you housing benefit amount to ensure that you are available to afford the space you are looking at. If you are on SIS we will require that you set up your rental payments on preauthorized payments.
-
Rental payments are preferred to be set up by preauthorized payments or by direct rent if you are on a social assistance program that offers that. Payments can also be made in person by check or by e transfer (please contact us for the appropriate email to send it to). We do not accept cash!
-
It happens to the best of us and if this is the case, please reach out to us by contacting us as soon as you know your payment may be late. We do need at least 3 business days before the 1st of the month if you are on preauthorized payments to cancel it in time so that you do not receive NSF fees from us and your bank. All late payments will receive a $50 late fee on their ledger as well that will need to be paid.

You can certainly call us during office hours to get a hold of our property manager or send them a text if there is an issue. If the issue is not an emergency, emails are also accepted. If it is an after hours emergency (weekdays after 4:30pm and on weekends) you will need to call our office and use option 1 to reach our maintenance line.
We also have an online form where you can submit your request. You can find it here.
NEW as of January 1st, 2022*
A minimum call out fee during office hours will be charged at the rate of $50/hour plus any necessary parts/supplies where applicable where the issue is deemed to be caused by negligence of or damaged by the tenants or their guests. After hours this rate will increase to $75/hour plus any necessary parts/supplies where applicable. These rates do not apply to flooding, no heat or other such emergency that were not caused by the tenant. -
All of our properties on our Initiatives page are managed by us but intake, applications and actual housing is not. If you are interested in one of these buildings you will be required to reach out to the community program or non-profit group and their housing coordinator in order to apply to live there.
