Stewart Properties is a locally owned and operated real estate investment and holding company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Our company began modestly with single family dwellings back in our inception in 2007. Over the years we began to acquire more houses as well as multi-unit properties and now proudly hold a portfolio of over 200 doors.
With a passion for revitalizing distressed houses and buildings, Stewart Properties has become one of the leaders its field. Although we own property throughout the city, we feel a strong social responsibility in providing low-income housing in many of the core neighbourhoods as well as working with our community partners to offer exemplary housing initiatives.

Our leader and visionary, Tyler is a ‘big ideas’ kind of person who has helped create many unique and exciting housing initiatives for different non-profits as well as individual and family homes that the company manages.Never someone to back down from a challenge, Tyler harnesses his passion for Saskatoon and those live here into meaningful community relationships and providing affordable housing solutions.

Holly
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Carrying a deep passion for working in affordable housing, Holly’s biggest strengths lie in keeping our entire crew organized and all things running smoothly (some would say she’s the glue that holds us together).
A supporter and member of the Indigenous and 2SLGBTQ communities, Holly strives to be an advocate for removing barriers to housing and fostering relationships with groups and people within the community.

Daryl
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Carrying many years of maintenance experience (we won’t say how exactly how many here as to not risk revealing how young he is), Daryl is our resident superhero.
Whether it’s a leaky tap, patch and pair or complete renovation, there isn’t much Daryl can’t do and he’s a key part of our Stewart Properties team.
