Stewart Properties continually embarks on development initiatives geared to contributing to the long term sustainability of the communities we call home. A joint project between Stewart Properties and Sanctum Care Group to provide a place for them to carry out the important work that they do. Their mission is to provide a community for individuals requiring supportive care and we are happy to be able to provide that for them in this housing initiative for mothers living with HIV.
Star Court is a building purchased by Stewart Properties that was completely renovated under a Saskatchewan Housing Initiative to provide affordable living for seniors or those living with disabilities. Featuring wheelchair accessible bachelor suites, this building is called home by many Saskatoon residents.
525 20TH STREET
A building in Saskatoon nicknamed the “Notorious 525” has been given a new life. Home to twelve brand new residential suites, Pig & Pantry Craft Butchery and King Me Boardgamery & Cafe, it is both a place to call home and a place to have fun.
The Elizabeth is located in the heart of the prairies. Humboldt is a vibrant city bustling with opportunity and we are happy to provide long term housing for seniors with needs or those looking for more independent living.
A partnership between Sanctum and Stewart Properties, the Beehive is an 11 suite apartment building that allows residents to gain life skills and support for effectively transition into permanent and independent housing.
Pride Home is Saskatoon’s first long term home for LGBTQ+ youth that houses those who need support and safety. Youth between the ages of 16 and 21 can come home and feel the security that all young people should feel. Stewart Properties is proud to be able to provide the house in which OUTSaskatoon carries out their labour of love.
